Interior remodel, new deck, fireplace upgrade, new patio, and a new driveway on a Munds Park property.
This Munds Park property needed work both inside and outside: an interior remodel to bring the living spaces up to date, an aging deck and fireplace that needed replacing, and outdoor space that wasn't being used well. It was less one project than several, all needing to work together.
Inside, we remodeled the living spaces including a full fireplace upgrade, swapping in a stone surround built for the mountain setting. The kitchen was updated with new cabinetry and countertops, and bedrooms and the bathroom got a full refresh. Outside, we rebuilt the deck, added a new patio with a hot tub, and put in a new driveway, all planned together so the outdoor spaces work as one continuous plan instead of separate projects.
The property now works as a cohesive whole, indoors and out. The new fireplace anchors the main living space, the deck and patio give the home real usable outdoor square footage among the pines, and the new driveway and siding bring the exterior up to match the work done inside.
